Portals are a method of transportation in Hytale. So far little is known about their use and mechanics. It’s possible they are used to traverse the Alterverses, or simply to teleport to different areas of an Alterverse in a short amount of time. Some Portals seem to be able to be crafted or created, while others seem to spawn naturally in the world.
